Refund & Return Policy – Aquatica
At Aquatica, we want you and your aquatic pets to be satisfied with every purchase.
Returns
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used fish food cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are un used, defective or damaged. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
